Can't Run Xmage since last update

I can't paste the log because this forum then say "Your post looks too spamy for a new user, please remove off-site URLs."
Here are some parts that might be relevant :
File corrupted while reading record: null. Possible solution: use the recovery tool [90030-197]
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Store header is corrupt: nio:C:/(…)/cards.h2.mv.db [1.4.197/6]
