Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I cannot get Xmage to start. I used to play on it about 2 years ago, no problems, but now even after deleting and re-downloading it on my Mac, It will not work. MageFrame says <not connected>, and in XMageLauncher it says:
Logging: FAIL
Ping failed
Server error

Is there anyone here who can help me figure out what I am doing wrong?
