Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I tried looking everywhere online but their seems to be no clear instructions of where to go to register to the xmage.de server. Can somebody please give me the link where to do this and it may be a good idea to pin up a link somewhere for those who are struggling like I am to register to the server. Thanks
