Remote task error (private server)

Hello!
my name is Brian, im from Argentina, in this moment i have a trouble with the dedicated server, when anyone wants enter to the server a warining window with the mensaje "Remote task error (namepc)" apears.
I can enter in the server with the ip+port, i change the settings in the router, forwaded the ports and open all ports..
can you help me?
