Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I logged into a local server last night for the first time, but today when I tried to register my username to play online I get this error and nothing loads. I have tried to uninstall everything and boot it again, which gives me the first time user message but then gives me the same error and does not load. Does anyone know how to fix this?
