Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Myriad landscape allows you to search your library for 2 basic land cards however it doesn't work with wastes, the option to select a waste doesnt show up and results in wasting two mana and losing a land card for nothing.

Wastes doesn't have a land type (subtype) it is merely a basic land. Two Wastes cannot share a land type because they don't have one. Thus Myriad landscape doesn't allow the search.
