Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hey all. Is there a way to skip to your turn or skip to just before your end step however hold priority if a spell has been cast? The F7 Main Step option is too combersome because it holds priority on every trigger when all I want is to hold priority if a spell has been cast in case I want to counterspell it. Thanks.
