Free-form commander with 40 life??

Hi, I like playing commander with no ban list and I mostly play against the ai. I understand that free-form commander is the only way to play with no ban list however I'd like the life totals to start at 40 rather than 20 like a normal game of commander. Is there any way to edit this lifetotal or maybe play regular commander without a ban list? Thanks.

Just go in the settings and make it not check if the deck is legal
