Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I can't cast my commander (Tergrid, God of Fright) from the command zone. The "1" is in red and when I click that zone the card is lined in purple but when I click it nothing happens. Won't let me cast. I can flip it and see other side, which I can't cast either (due to obvious reasons...)
