Intet, the Dreamer's ability causes the game to crash, rollback, push phase forward and never allow the ability to resolve.

Haunted Fengraf's sacrifice ability lets you choose the creature you recur but it should be random.

Bug: Lashknife Barrier didn't prevent damage
Playing against: Human
Description: Played Lashknife Barrier, then used Thrashing Wumpus' ability with one black mana. All my creatures took damage, when they should have taken 0.

Bug: Sen Triplets does not let you play your opponents hand.
Playing against:anyone
Description:
Sen triplets will prompt you on upkeep to select a player. After you select the player and resolve the ability you will get a small box with the players hand in it.
The supposedly playable cards will glow, but clicking on them will have no effect. This bug seems to happen every time you play sen triplets, and i have been unable to play them normally.

According to my research this card has been bugged for over 5 months, possibly since the last update. There are likely other cards with similar bugs, and i will update accordingly.

Whip of erebos seems to be broken with Tergrid as a commander.
Did not receive haste when whipped into play. and when she was killed she did not return to command zone

Despite a Elvish Champion in play i was able to block the elves when i did infact have forests

This might be a very specific situation but it could probably also arise in other similar situations, where a single permanent has multiple triggered abilities firing at the same time.

In my case it was a commander game between me and two AI's on my local server (running build 2021-07-08 10:44).
Computer 2 attacks computer 3 with Skyrider Patrol enchanted by Steel of the Godhead while they also have
Noble Hierarch, Angelic Benediction and Angelic Exaltation, all of which trigger since Skyrider Patrol attacks alone.
It is important that Angelic Benediction has two triggered abilities, both triggering at the same time.
One of which targeting a Zombie Army token I control that is protected by Kira, Great Glass-Spinner.

Now the following happens. The Zombie Army counters Angelic Benediction, but it counters the wrong ability of Angelic Benediction.
The Zombie Army does get tapped and Skyrider Patron does not get +1/+1.

9:13 PM, T19.DA: Computer 2 - Ability triggers: Angelic Benediction [2db] - Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, you may tap target creature - targeting Zombie Army [c66]
9:13 PM, T19.DA: Tharkon - Ability triggers: Zombie Army [c66] - Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability for the first time each turn, counter that spell or ability.
9:13 PM, T19.DA: Computer 2 - Ability triggers: Angelic Benediction [2db] - exalted (Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
9:13 PM, T19.DA: Ability (exalted (Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)) of Angelic Benediction [2db] is countered by Zombie Army [c66]

EDIT: The order the triggers belonging to Exalted Benediction are put on the stack matters. Kira's ability counters the topmost one on the stack regardless of which one it is supposed to counter.

Sakashima's Will has a typo in it. It says creautre where it should say creature.

Creatures goaded (in this case a three-way Commander game with Marisi, Breaker of the Coil, but I think I have had it happen before with Grenzo, Havoc Raiser in a duel) are not forced to attack if they can't attack a player other than the goading opponent.
In fact, they can't attack the goading player at all even if that player is the only thing that can be attacked, because for example a Ghostly Prison with the other players.

When Ranar the Ever-Watchful gets exiled by an effect controlled by the Ranar's controller, Ranar's ability does not trigger even though it should.

I tested this with a Soulherder, which did trigger, and an Essence Flux.

Additionally,
Ranar also did not trigger when I exiled a different permanent, in this case a Dungeon Geists.

Fixed in 1.4.49.

Musician seems to be bugged. Playing against a human, I targeted Animar, Soul of Elements with Musician on two successive turns. Musician should add "At the beginning of your upkeep, destroy this creature unless you pay {1} for each music counter on it" -- but only if the creature doesn't already have the ability. Instead it added the ability twice -- so my opponent had to pay a total of {4} to avoid sacrificing Animar.

Xmage made a mistake

When I used Jegantha, the Wellspring in my Horde of notions edh deck to cast Muldrotha, the Gravetide from my hand it payed for 2 of the generic mana (I only needed one more mana to cast Muldrotha)

and Jengatha clearly stats "can’t be spent to pay generic mana costs."

(and yes I had the other 3 mana ready for the generic part of the cost of Muldrotha)

Commander, 2 humans, 1 AI (build: 2021-07-08 10:37)

When Mirri the Cursed damaged Vraska, Golgari Queen, Mirri's ability triggered even though Vraska was not a creature.

EDIT: It triggers for all planeswalkers and not just for Mirri either.
Most triggers that would trigger on "deals combat damage to a creature" trigger when dealing combat damage to a planeswalker.

Affected:
Mirri the Cursed (puts a +1/+1 counter on itself)
Stinkweed Imp (destroys the planeswalker)
Obelisk Spider (puts a -1/-1 counter on the planeswalker)
Voracious Cobra (destroys the planeswalker)
Kashi-Tribe Elite (taps the planeswalker)

Not affected:
Permeating Mass
Soul Charmer
Flayed Nim
Creepy Doll

The difference seems to be DealsDamageToACreatureTriggeredAbility vs DealsCombatDamageToACreatureTriggeredAbility.

Though none of the above cards trigger on non-combat damage.

Not sure if this is the right place, it may be a bug with server configs rather than with the game I think.
Commander games on the public games don't seem to allow decks with more than 100 cards, while those same games on a local beta server do allow over 100 cards.
Because I usually play locally I was under the impression that 100 cards was only the minimum. I also remember reading this somewhere, but checking the official rules now it seems I am mistaken.
Either way, the inconsistency is confusing.

EDIT:
Turns out it had nothing to do with beta-server or not, but with the server running in test mode.
I guess there is no way to have both cheats (mostly used for bugfix/testing) and deck restrictions.
