Unable to create a new account.

Hello,

I've been playing Xmage for a while now.
I previously had an account with which I played with the 'Skoollyy' pesudo, but I lost my password (I don't remember the email to use when registering)

So I tried to create a new account, but when I tried the following message appears 'Error while connecting to server, registration is disabled by the server config'.

I do not know how to do ? : - /
