Hi, awesome job!
Couple of bugs I found...
AI seems to stall when playing a Squadron Hawk at the phase where it searches for more hawks, the white box doesn't display anything like waiting for AI and I've found this on all the difficulties. Second is that the Oracle of Mul Daya shows up in the white creatures list for zendikar, doesn't have any text in the white box presented when you mouse over the card(more cosmetic as the card pic has this), also I can't seem to draw my top card when it is a land(not quite sure how anyways). I also seem to have a problem located Inkmoth Nexus(was only able to get it in a deck through importing). Lastly the Avenger of Zendikar makes plant tokens for both mine and my opponents lands instead of just mine. Also I'd like to make some card requests:
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle (Zendikar)
Explore (Worldwake)
Harrow (Zendikar)
Quest for the Holy Relic (Zendikar)
These cards along with the sets you are already working on should make pretty much all current standard decks creatable :).

Another one I ran into and forgot to post, was the AI(hybrid I think) had a Liliana Vess on the board and then played a second, thus having two on the board.

In these situations, when AI cast Glint Hawk, AI sac Glint Hawk for it's ability.

played my first 0.7.2r2 game vs ai (minimax)
ai played only 6 lands and no spell at all

Good job.
A few more bugs:
1) Tel-Jilad Fallen doesn't have infect
2) Last triggered ability of Protean Hydra triggers only at the beginning of my end step, even if it was damaged during my opponent's turn
3) If i mill my opponent with Sword of Body and Mind and he has less than 10 cards in his library, he loses the game immediately
4) Oran-Rief, the Vastwood puts counters on each creature that has ETB this turn, not only green (token of broodmate dragon)

leave game rejoin game but i didnt saw him in in game

some player solte me he could not click ingame (outside it was working)

maybe java check on startup?

server dont drop old unstarted zombie games
server should purge these from time to time

1) Flashfreeze doesn't work at all. I simply can't choose a target for it, even if it is R/G.
2)+1/+1 and -1/-1 counters do not annihilate each other when placed on the same creature. Putting -1/-1 counter onto a Clockwork Condor with Trigon of Corruption has no effect and doesn't change its P/T.
3) Proliferate doesn't work with Planeswalkers. In fact, loyalty counters are not considered as counters at all. Why can't i upgrade my JTMS with Thrummingbird?! :(

concede game when there is discard open gives a sever error
first turn skip -> discard -> concede -> error

during game there should be a chat window
pls purge somewhat table list i see many broken unstarted games which is crap for new players

it does. you may try to play against computer and you'll find that sometime computer starts first
