Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I just downloaded XMage and needed to create and register an account. I entered my information and my email and it said I would receive a registration email to get the account set up. I never received the email, and I cannot try to create another profile because it says that my email is already in use. Anybody have a fix?

Any idea?
