Targetting Opponents Creatures

Is anyone else having trouble with abilities or spells that target someone elses creatures.

Whenever I play a card like Dismember, Day of Judgment, or even trying to activate an ability like on Garruk I can target my creatures and it will work on creatures I control, but not on the ones my opponent controls.

Does anyone else have this problem.

Yes, there were several bug reports like this.
Investigating at the moment, and when fixed will release next version.
