Patch for a couple of Onslaught cards

Just trying my hand at coding in Mage.
Update 1: fix the filter for the Lodge, and also add a fix for the Immaculate Magistrate (it should only count controlled Elf, not all Elf).

Adding to the previous patch, adding Urza's lands from 5th (also in 8th and 9th). Supercede & extend the previous patch.

Probably not enough time available on my side to make it worth your while... beside I'm not sure I understand the code well enough yet.
In attachment, the Dragon Engine (3ED), the Needlebug (MRD) & the [buggy!] Well of Knowledge (WTH).
The 'buggy' part is that the Well is not accessible to other players - I can't figure out how to make the ability usable by everyone. As far as I can tell, none of the cards with a similar property are in Mage, so maybe it's not yet possible. The card should probably not be enabled yet.
BTW - thanks to the devs for that nice piece of software, I like to be able to play against colleague with rules enforcement.
