Angel's Tomb - Doesn't lose creature status

Angel's Tomb doesn't lose creature status after going back to hand and has been cast again.

0.9.2dev

1) AI has two Angel's Tomb in play not transformed to creatures yet
2) AI cast a Emancipation Angel returning one of the Angel's Tomb to her hand back
3) AI casts the Angel's Tomb again in the same turn. The Angel's Tomb is immediately a creature but shouldn't be a creature as long as no other creature enteres the battlefield.

Evernight Shade doesn't loose +1/+1 effects

Evernight Shade - doesn't loose effect of his used +1/+1 ability after returning to battlefield by hid undying ability.

1) Turn 13: I cast Evernight Shade
2) Turn 16: I block a 3/3 AI creature pumping the Evernight Shade 2 times with +1/+1 to a 3/3 creature.
3) After dying Evernight Shade returns because of his Undying, but with 4/4 (base 1/1 + 1 counter + 2 times +/1+1 from his ability). I expected that he returns as a 2/2.

Nephalia Smuggler - Several problems

1) The ability of Nephalia Smuggler should not ask "Use ability?". If answered with no, the ability is executed anyway.
2) The tap symbol in the tooltip for teh card is not displayed correct.
3) The name of the exile zone is "Cloudshift" and should be "Exile Nephalia Smuggler".
4) The cards exiled stay in the exile and also return to the battlefield after the effect is resolved.

Game handles to lose by draw from empty library not correct

Version 0.9.2dev
Match against the AI with 2 wins.

Because I lost the first game because of empty library, the game doesn't seem to reset the state and I lost the second game also immediately.

1) I lost the first match because I had to draw from my empty library.
2) I got the screen to sideboard and the window saying "{L} You attemptto draw from an empty library. You lose the game". I pushed the OK Button of the window. The window disappeared.
3) Pushed the submit button to submit my unchanged deck.
4) Got the screen for the second game and again the same window appears (hardcopy).
5) I pushed again the OK Button of the window. The window disappeared again.
6) Answered the mulligan question with "Yes". Got 6 new cards.
7) Answered the mulligan question with "no". Got Message "You lost the game".
8) Back to game window.

AI attacks me with my own creatures without taking control !

Version 0.9.2 dev (last commit: Fixed Issue#70: Game handles to lose by draw from empty library not c…)

I don't know if it's related to the lated changes but this is very strange.

Until turn 13 all as usual but
Turn 13:
AI equips it Fiend of the Shadows with a Demonmerk Hauberk.
AI attacks with its Fiend of the Shadows and my Goblin Arsonist and my Pyreheart Wolf.
My creatures were tapped from the attack of the AI.

Fixed - Gravecrawler could block creatures with and without flying
Fixed - Tooltip text of Thragtusk for the "leaves the battlefield" effect is missing the subject
Fixed - Rancor has to be attached to the Llanowar Elves, I see no way, how it could go to the graveyard
Fixed - Angel's Tomb doesn't lose creature status after going back to hand and has been cast again.
Fixed - Evernight Shade - doesn't loose effect of his used +1/+1 ability after returning to battlefield by hid undying ability.
Fixed - Nephalia Smuggler related bugs
Fixed - Game handles to lose by draw from empty library not correct
In progress - AI attacks me with my own creatures without taking control !

Phantasmal Image - effects trigger multiple times

Version 0.9.2 dev - Game against the AI

Turn 7
I casts Driver of the Dead
Turn 8
AI casts Phantasmal Image copying my Driver of the Dead
Turn 9
I casts Unhallowed Pact targeting the copied Driver of the Dead
=> The Phantasmal Image is sacrified because it was tageted
=> Because it was a Driver of the Dead the AI can directly return the Phantasmal Image copying again my Driver of the Dead
=> The Unhallowed Pact is still on the stack (a little thing is already here wrong, because the target arrow of the Unhallow Pact targets to the new copied Driver of the Dead - hardcopy a).

Unhallowed Pact has been fizzled. (that's correct)
Turn 11
I cast Butcher Ghoul
I casts Fling sacrifice the Butcher Ghoul and targeting the Phantasmal Image (copy of Driver of the Dead) of the AI.
=> On the stack is now (see hardcopy b)

4) When Phantasmal Image becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice Phantasmal Image. (not OK, this is double)

Number 4) should not be on the stack. I suppose it has to do with the first dead of the Phantasmal Image in Turn 9 .

As stack effect 4) resolves there are two new effects added two the stack
4) When Phantasmal Image dies, return target creature card with converted mana cost 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5) When Phantasmal Image dies, return target creature card with converted mana cost 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

At the End the Phantasmal Image dies, returns and dies and returns (as copy of Driver of the Dead).
Turn 12
The Ai attacks with the Phantasmal Image (copy of Driver of the Dead).
I block with my Driver of the Dead.
In the combat damage phase goes the following to the stack
01) When Phantasmal Image becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice Phantasmal Image.
02) When Phantasmal Image becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice Phantasmal Image.
03) When Phantasmal Image becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice Phantasmal Image.
04) When Phantasmal Image becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice Phantasmal Image.
05) When Phantasmal Image becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice Phantasmal Image.
06) When Phantasmal Image becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice Phantasmal Image.
07) When Phantasmal Image becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice Phantasmal Image.

Ring of Gix doesn't work properly
its playable but got no ability to activate
