This Mage Software is the biggest joke ever. I think since >1 year I try to play a game but always I got at least one of these issues
1) server missing
2) server crashed
3) player missing
4) client crashed
maybe stop implementing cards and get the the software stable?
who needs 9000 cards when its virtual impossible to play?

1) What's your OS?
2) How did you install and start which version of mage?
3) Which (error) message did you get?
I can only say if I download mage-bundle-0.9.0 and extract it then execute "mage-bundle-0.9.0\startMage.bat" I never had a problem succesful to start MAGE.
Done many times on OS Windows 7 and XP.

As for me I can say the following:
1) I have no problem playing against AI and enjoy this type of playing all the time
2) I'm glad we have all cards from Type2
3) If needed I can host my own server and play with my friends
And it's just a hobby project (though I spent dozens of hours for it every month), I enjoy developing, communication within the team, it becomes better for sure, but as for me I have no aim to make it solid and worldwide used.
What's for? I understand how much effort it will require. And there is no oppotunity to get any profit from the project except pleasure.
I'm sorry you get all those problems whenever you try to play Mage. But I also know lots of people who really enjoy Mage and help us to make it better.
Best Regards,
Noxx
