How to host a server on Win7? Details, please.

As the public server is down 24/7 or crash everytime in the few times i can connect, i want to host a server to play with my friends. All i want to know is:
1 - How do i host a server on Win7.
2 - How to my friend connect to my server.
With details, please.

Note your ip address of the server box. Make sure the port number used by MAGE is not firewalled. Once the server is running, just enter its ip address on the client and viola.
You do realize that there is a separate "server" and "client" application, right? The included instructions describe the process in detail.

it just show 0.0.0.0:17171
