This does not connect, and before someone will say that's the problem is my internet, mage is the only thing that don't work here. Also, were are stored the config? Even after delete the crap and installed again, it keep the config from the previous installation.

I have just tested the release bundle and it connects to the server. My best guess is that the problem resides on your machine. I don't know if it's from your Firewall or your ISP, but seeing that you are also having trouble downloading the images, I would say to check that first.
