mtg_ssm + python

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a programme or spreadsheet i can use to catalogue my collection. I've found mtg_ssm, with Python (which i don't know and have never used) and i want to give it ago before I give in and make my own.

has anyone used this? or is anyone able to send me instructions on how to install and run mtg_ssm in layman English
