cockos makes some great stuff (probably using this library). I have used Reaper and Jesusonic in the past.

this looks good, I'll give it a try. I like how they apparently made it in a way that you can "cherry pick" what you want to use.

Intriguing... but I'm still relatively new to C++. I'll have to check it out in a few months, though, when I'll need it. :D
