CardGrid want devs too!

I'm just one programmer, and a very inexperienced one at that. CardGrid could really use someone that actually knows what they're doing. I'm just running around like a headless chicken. (I mean... all my objects are declared public! That's just insane!) Plus, I'm going be going to school soon and probably won't have enough time to program. But I don't want to halt development.
Any developer will have to know (or be learning, like me) C#, and would probably be best being somewhat versed in Python. (Preferably the IronPython implementation.) Also, this is a closed-source project. You can show code snippets to people in order to get their help, but only people I specifically authorize should have access to the full source.
Finally, you must be willing and able to work pro bono. I would love to be able to pay you, but I don't even have $5 to my name right now.
Later on, I will also need web developers, probably using ASP.NET/C#. But that's neither here nor there.
Also, if you think you can design a few cards, that'd be nice too. But I think I'd best make a guideline page before anyone actually does that. (Even myself.)
