I can't get the game to install

I downloaded the ISO and it wont install. It goes to that picture of the dragon in the crystal ball, then the logo pops up and a song starts then the picture goes white and it freezes. How do I fix it?

What OS do you have? Before trying anything else reboot your PC.

Well I got it to install, but now it's not letting me untap lands. If I tap a land for something then change my mind, it won't let me untap it.

That is how it is suppose to work unless you mean you click cancel and although the spell remains in hand the lands don't untap.

pretty much that. I found there is a pool where you can still use the energy but you can't un-tap still.
