Shandalar Bugs

So far these are the cards with bugs/errors:
Smoke: On either side, when there are tapped creatures, the card works just fine, but when there are only untapped creatures, the game enters a loop, by appearing a window asking to choose which creature to untap.
Preyseizer Dragon: Devour doesn't work (I don't know if any other creature with devour does, haven't tried). The extra damage part with +1/+1 counters works though.
Crown of Empires: Steals a creature if there is control of Throne of Empires. (e.i. ignores the fact that there is no control of Scepter of Empires)
Sorry if this is the wrong place to report for bugs. Please tell me where to do so.
