Collectible Card Game Headquarters

After Manalink3.0 I tried to play shandalar in tablet but I got this message error saying that the application (0xc0000043) could not start properly. Any ideas of what is needed? Is the screen size too small for shandalar to run?

Edit: In case it matters it complaint before that cdTools was missing then I inserted that from my pc version and then I had the above error.

0xc0000043 is a file access problem. It doesn't give you a faulting module name or address?

Won't be able to repro this myself, since I don't own a tablet (or even a functioning laptop anymore). More than one person's described me as "the most technophobic programmer [they] know".

Windows 8.1 doesn't give anything else I tried to find an error report log but I couldn't find any.

I located finally the log:
Obsolete deleted.

Sorry, for the hassle the base version I used was deprived from shandalar files, I inserted them and now application starts on my tablet, now it remains to test how it plays and if it gives any errors in play.

Happily I inform you that Shandalar works fine in tablet windows 8.1 that is.

The error reports of windows 8.1 suck enormously and I wasted time and effort because of that and as a result of my fault of course.
