Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I began playing MTG in 1994 and for 6-7 years I played almost daily. I'm almost 40 now and don't have nearly as much time as I one did, but I still pull the old cards out of the attic every once in a while to take a look at them. I remember when the Microprose game came out and I used to love to play it. As a newb to the current iterations of the Shandalar portion of the game could anyone point me in the right direction of where to get information on how to download and install a version of Shandalar that will work with windows 10. It would also be pretty awesome to play with some new cards as well as the old.

There's somewhat out-of-date packages here, which involve fewer steps and so fewer opportunities to go wrong. There's a lot of opportunities to go wrong in the base distributions I make (like the one stassy just pointed you to).
