Collectible Card Game Headquarters

When i go in deck editor from shandalar or directly from deck.exe, it opens but then crashes when i move the cursor on one card, or i push some button, i can only look the first card a normally click on it, as soon i do anything with other cards or button crashes.

I have win 8.1

Any suggestion?

Now i tried with "run with compatibility" of win95 and others, now i have only air elemental and no card other than that, it not crashes but is unuseful.
