Confused - How is the status - and can i get Shandalar or no

My english is not the best and i see there was a bad story with Korath - so it seems all links are dead.
Now my questions:

What is happend?
Can i get a Shandalar Version from here and when yes which?
What are the Mods and Updates for which shandalar version?

I have the normal Shandalar with the addon in german - so when there are mods that i can use, i would be very glad and thanksful for your help.
