Old Dual Lands

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this...
In the version of Shandalar I usually play (it's a late version, as it has modern mulligans, etc.) the classic Dual Lands are only available in Dungeons. This causes a bit of a problem, because there are more Dual Lands than "slots" available for cards contained within dungeons. It's a bit of a bummer when you start a new game, decide to play a white & green enchantment deck only to realise a week later that none of the dungeons contains a card of Savannah.
Is this randomised? Or is there a file somewhere that prescribes exactly which cards are available in dungeons?
