Missing Graveyard Fetchers

This is a weird one, but there's probably a reason for it. I just noticed, that both Entomb and Buried Alive are missing from the Nomad's Bazaar, Jarad's Orders, however, is available. Are the other two deemed to powerful and only available by taking them from enemies' decks or dungeons or are they missing from the latest Shandalar completely? I guess if Jarad's Orders exists, it can't be due to the cards' effect being incompatible with Shandalar, right?
