Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I've searched the forum for an answer to this, but couldn't find it. When I do a quest for one of the villages in Shandalar sometimes the reward is a card. I can't figure out how to get this card. The menu of cards opens and I can change from one type to another, but there is nothing to indicate how to actually get the cards. Should there be a y/n option that isn't displaying?

I think yes, but somtimes it's hidden, try to type "y" or "n" to see if it validate your choice.
