Getting set up

I used "Microprose Magic the Gathering 2010 Custom Installer ISO" and followed the instructions there to get the base game set up.
I am wondering if someone could provide me a list of "updates/patches" to bring this game to as current as possible. Tried looking for them myself but it seems like there are so many but dont know if I would need to install each separately or if one would do it. Thank you to everyone that helps me, it will be greatly appreciated.
