Resources for Adding Cards to Shandalar?

I've been enjoying my time playing the various modded versions of Shandalar I've come across, and I've always been interested in trying my hand at coding more cards into the game. I was wondering if there was a solid resource list/tutorial for getting set up and started with this process. Thanks all!
