Card sell price and duping

Was wondering if anyone had a list of what cards sell for what price and also which creatures can duplicate a card for you.

Creatures that may duplicate a card for you as special reward:
Sorcerer
Conjurer
Elementalist
Mind Stealer
Shapeshifter (less likely than the other four - she often gives you the card Shapeshifter as special reward instead)

I have no list for card sales price. I know the general amount for most of them by heart. It's overall better to sell cards to cities than to villages, and it's a good idea to offer a basic land for sale to get an idea about the current price level in that city:

15 or less: bad
20: standard
25: good
30: excellent!
