Puzzle #7: "Do It Yourself"

Ok, we're back with a regular style puzzle this week. However, this one is different in that you have to transform these 6 creatures into 6 duplicate ones found in either Fourth Edition or Chronicles!

I apologize for the poor image quality. Something happened during the printing process to these 2 pages in the book I bought, so the colour gamut and the focus were not correct. I massaged the image the best I could while still trying to keep it legible and the colour contrast workable, so the card list below is really helpful for this weeks entry!
