Magic: The Puzzling #4: "One and Only"

This weeks entry is a little different. Right off, you can see that, no, half the puzzle isn't missing, it's just less cards on the table involved then usual!
This one is REAL old school!
Here's a hint, the card your looking for is of "Legendary" status!
Cards for this puzzle minus the lands:
Polar Kraken
Colossus of Sardia
Instill Energy
Concordant Crossroads
City of Brass
Mishra's Factory
Mana Vault
As always, the answer is zipped, so make sure to download it.
And remember, these puzzles are all based on 4th edition rules!
Enjoy!
We'll be off for Thanksgiving next week. Yes, I'm Canadian, but I lived in Florida & went to school there and fell in love with & have observed Thanksgiving since way back in 1979. (Yes, I'm that old!
)
See you in two weeks!

'Twas in the bogs of Cannelbrae
My mate did meet an early grave
'Twas nothing left for us to save
In the peat-filled bogs of Cannelbrae.

!!!! I even thought of that card, but I didn't read it right.
Damn, that's a good one. I was pleasantly surprised. Hint: It's not a legendary card :p

- I read it as only one of the two affects, not both :p

Hint, Hint, Oh, but they are known to be from the tales told of Legend!
They are a heck of a lot of fun aren't they!
Glad you enjoyed it my friend!
