I didn't want to pollute your documentation topic but the questions you ask for support or all of it,it is more possible to get help, ideas,correct MTG behavior if you post them in the general programming topic where programmers-MTG game experts check on topics often.

thx for the advice.
I leave it up to people to "discover" JPortal. I´m not the "advertisment kind of guy" .
You are right nonetheless - if I want to get answers to "burning" questions - I should make them more public.
I found a solution for myself I´m happy with - though.
I implemented it that way, that targeting of single targets will be done while the card is played out. The actual effect of the card will be done while resolving the stack.
But I will make that configureable. So If that is not right or one does not like it, that it is one checkBox-click away from another implementation.
