Activated Abilities? (Silkbind Faerie)

I've been enjoying Magarena since discovering it on these forums last night. In the few games I've played, I've run into one particular issue with the Blue-Black deck I had chosen: I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to make Silkbind Faerie's activated ability to tap a target creature work. Obviously, these issues only spring up when it'd be really, really useful to have such an ability mid-match. Anyhow... is this a bug, unimplemented feature, or user issue? Otherwise - great stuff!

To be able to use Silkbind Faerie s tap effect you understand that Silkbind Faerie needs to be tapped have the right mana of course then it lights up,and mooreover the game stops at each phase so you can use it.I guess you got confused as it is 2mana untap Silkbind Faerie to tap target creature.Tap on the creature to use it as with every creature.
