possible combat errors

These might not be real errors but I did double check them. The only reason that I'm posting these is because I like Magarena. I would not post these errors if I disliked it. 
There isn't an easy way to show a possible error so each error has 2 screenshots.
Possible Error 1 - I can't attack with a creature that I played the previous turn.
The screenshot below shows that Bellowing Tangleword is not highlighted and cannot attack.
Shows that Bellowing Tangleword was played on the previous turn, turn 16.
Possible Error 2 - I can't block with Mnemonic Wall.
Shows that I can't block.
Shows the game's history.

1)first case its not your turn that's why you can't attack.See arrow:" up, opponents turn", "down,your turn".
2)You can't block because the creatures attacking are flying yours isn't,the symbol with the wing in the cards means flying.

The red border around the avatar also shows who is on turn.
