How about an option to have the card pool and deck list in separate tabs? You would then have the full vertical screen space for each. It would mean switching back and forth between tabs but would that be an issue? Do you need to see both at the same time?

yes i would prefer to see both at the same time. it helps a lot that way.
i like the card pool & decklist shown side by side. card pool on left - decklist on the right side. i'm sure the decklist doesn't need many detail column, beside name & quantity. only 2 columns should be enough.
the card pool will need horizontal & vertical scrollbar to show all.

sorry, if i ask too much. its just personal suggestion, that suits my taste. i hope everyone will like it too.

No apology necessary - it's always better to get feedback (+ or -) than none at all!

The scaling issue has been sorted and is currently being built (https://buildhive.cloudbees.com/job/mag ... arena/195/). You will need to open the preferences dialog, select the Look & Feel tab and make sure the new "Large card image" option is unchecked.

the card preview still not shown completely, there's still scrollbar (only a bit).
not very annoying, but it's just not full. wasted several pixels on scrollbar. overall its acceptable. :)

Thanks for the screenshot (always interesting to see the strange screen sizes people have! :)). The horizontal scrollbar should not be visible and I have just committed a fix for that. I should perhaps clarify that when I said the scaling was sorted I actually meant that if the "Large card image" option is unchecked then the image preview should behave exactly as it does in version 1.52 and earlier. I would imagine that you would probably still get the vertical scrollbar on the deck editor screen given your screen height (even in 1.52) although I have not tested to the exact pixel.

I had Magarena 1.53 crash while loading-it crashes each time.I don't know if the previous version was fine for me as I didn't play with it.
Here is the crash.log

From the crash.log I am guessing that you over-wrote your existing 1.42 with the contents of the 1.53 zip. Sorry, this will not work. You should unzip each new version of Magarena to a new folder and then run the import option to migrate all your settings from a previous version. More info available on the wiki.

Wish there was a more fail-safe way of upgrading but we have yet to come up with a solution.

Faerie Harbinger doesn't put the card that searches on top of the library or it does but then shuffles the library which is wrong. On my next draw I drew Knight Valor.
Also is there a way I can see the library to check such bugs?

Lumithread Field does not grant +0/+1 to your creatures if played face down with morph and then turned face up

Good catch, missed updating of static abilities for face down cards. Fixed in https://code.google.com/p/magarena/sour ... c71dfcd237

Thanks for the reports! Should have shuffled the library before moving the found cards. Fixed in https://code.google.com/p/magarena/sour ... e269949efb

I had Markov's Servant in my deck and playable for 0,too.You can only have Chosen of Markov on your deck and then you can transform it into Markov's Servant.

Ahh, yes - if you're using a custom deck and not using the in-game deck editor, it will not check for transformed or flipped cards. The in-game deck editor won't allow you to add them.

Maybe something can be added to the deck selector, which already notifies 'illegal' decks.

Nice find

Raised and fixed as issue 672. I am planning to look at how the UI handles deck management this month so if anyone has requests (or gripes) now would be the time to let me know.
