However, in Magarena you are not limited to one copy and can have as many of them as you want. Usually you don't need more than 4 copies of each card (except for basic lands, and they are cheap), which give us an estimate around $45K. Not bad.

BTW, it took me a while to remember how I did these calculations back in October, so to save some time in the future, and also for anyone to repeat the process, here is the supercool technology:

1. In Magarena, create a new deck, in Deck Editor select all cards (Ctrl-A), add them to the deck, save the deck to a file.
2. In Deckbox.org create a new deck, import deck list from a saved file (plain text).
3. Wait for a couple of minutes.
4. Enjoy.
