Dev environment issue

Ever since I started working with Magarena, whenever I run the magarena.jar directly (created using build.xml) everything works except when I click on Start Duel when the following error always occurs -

Any ideas what could be causing this? I an using Eclipse Keplar. It works fine if running from the IDE.
