To help us in addressing bugs, the best way is to create an issue on the issue tracker. This lets us keep track each report separately and ensures it doesn't get lost.
https://github.com/magarena/magarena/issues (requires github account)

For game play bugs, please report in as much details as possible, especially the list of permanents on the field, any continuous effects in place etc. If possible, do attached the <install folder>/Magarena/logs/game.log file to the report.

Less preferred is to post your report in this thread. (requires forum account)

You can report anonymously via gitreports, note that name/email if provided will be listed on the issue tracker.
https://gitreports.com/issue/magarena/magarena (no sign-up required, name/email optional)

AI cast Skyreaping when its devotion to green was 0 and there were no creatures with flying in play. Maybe the AI could use a hint on how to use this card?

I had one creature that was red (Mage-Ring Bully), AI had two white creatures (Hopeful Eidolon, Setessan Battle Priest). Just before attacking, AI decided to cast Center Soul and choose Blue, even though Red would have been a clearly better choice.

VEGAS cheat=false index=1 life=21 phase=FirstMain slice=3000 time=3004
[-461/804] (pass)
* [-320/789] (Center Soul)
VEGAS cheat=false index=1 life=21 phase=FirstMain slice=3000 time=3017
[-195/824] (Hopeful Eidolon)
* [19/797] (Setessan Battle Priest)
LOG (C): Pay {1}{W}. Tap Plains. Tap Plains. Play Center Soul.
LOG (C): Vegas gains 2 life. (1)
VEGAS cheat=false index=1 life=23 phase=FirstMain slice=1500 time=3001
[-205/400] (white)
* [-169/393] (blue)
[-197/392] (black)
[-208/402] (green)
[-251/436] (red)

Colfenor's Urn didn't return any cards to play after it was sacrificed. It's not checking for creatures that died only on the same turn is it?

Thanks for catching this, fixed in https://github.com/magarena/magarena/co ... 5cc06429fc

Bug is due to the card trying to exile the permanent that died when it should exile the card in the graveyard.

Not a bug.
AI still happily targets indestructible things with destroy things. E.G. Mortify vs Xenagos, God of Revels

Lifespinner can sacrifice just itself to activate its ability, but you should need three spirits.

That Which Was Taken can target Humble Budoka even though it has shroud.

AI had attached two Shurikens to a creature. When the AI activated the ability given by Shuriken ability, both Shurikens were unattached at the same time.

Shape Stealer shouldn't get the bushido bonus of a creature it's blocking.

From Gatherer http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/ ... seid=88823
If the other creature has bushido, whether Shape Stealer gets the bushido bonus depends on whose turn it is. If Shape Stealer is blocking, it won't get the attacker's bushido bonus. If the Shape Stealer is being blocked, the bushido ability will resolve just before Shape Stealer determines what the creature's power and toughness are.

I had Celestial Kirin. AI had Skyfire Kirin. AI played Soilshaper and took control of my Celestial Kirin, even though Soilshaper's converted mana cost 2 and Celestial Kirin's was 4. The log showed this text: "Vegas may (yes) gain control of target creature (Celestial Kirin) with converted mana cost 2 until end of turn."

Shouldn't it be that it never gets the bonus? Oracle text states that it copies base power and thoughness...

Actually it only says base on one, not the other: "change Shape Stealer's base power and toughness to that creature's power and toughness". So it takes the other creature's current p/t and sets Shape Stealer's base p/t to those values. I think that's what it means. If it didn't then the rulings wouldn't talk about turns, they'd just say it never gets bushido bonus.

you are right, it's the tooltip for Shape Stealer that is wrong, on gatherer it states "power and toughness", not "base power and toughness". So it should copy any increment already active when it's ability resolves.

Yes that's right. And it's the ability resolution order that's out of whack, because the other creature's bushido needs to resolve either before or after Shape Stealer's ability, depending on whose turn it is.
