In this release, proxy images are automatically generated when card images are
not found. In addition, as noted in the last release, Java SE 8 is now a
requirement for starting the program. We have also fixed 18 bugs and added 90
cards.

- update to format and legality as of Oct 2nd

- move "cards" and "tokens" images folders to Magarena/images/cards and Magarena/images/tokens
- clicking a card image in any of the following screens to view image at original size:
tiled deck view, sample hand, mulligan, and player zones
