There are still many missing images after initial download

I am running Magarena 1.94, and when I first started the game, the "Setup card images" window allowed me to download about 12,000 images (can't remember exact number) which I did. After that, the number of missing images listed in that window goes close to 0.
However, when I create random decks or use pre-built decks, there are still many images in them that are not found.
When I go back to "Setup card images", the number of missing images suddenly goes up to the number of missing images that I saw in the deck. It seems that Magarena doesn't "realize" how many more images are still missing until I try to use them in a deck!
Is there a way to preemptively download all card images so that I can use Magarena completely offline? Thank you for making such a great game and for making it GPL!
