We've improve testing of cards by systemically going through each card and testing it in a predefined scenario.

Effect message generation is only done when needed to reduce cost of message generation during AI processing.

Abilities riot, afterlife, adapt, and spectable have been added to the card script.

This release fixes 3 bugs and adds 2 cards.

- new "card test" mode that tests all cards in a predefined scenario

- optimize message generation

- added the following to the card script:
* condition: you cast this spell during your main phase
* ability: riot
* ability: afterlife <n>
* ability: adapt <n>
* ability: spectacle <mana cost>
* ability: When SN enters the battlefield, if its spectacle cost was paid, <effect>

- fixed the following bugs:
* Slith Bloodletter has the wrong cost for its ability
* exception when attempting to open URL on a system where this is not supported
* exception when attempting to open file or directory with default application where this is not supported

- added the following cards:
Attendant of Vraska, Dormant Gomazoa
