No plans yet. Combat is one of the weakest parts of the AI, adding planeswalkers will make combat even more difficult for the AI.spartan vi wrote:What are the team's plans for planeswalker support?

First, still enjoying this game very much. Thanks for the new pre-made decks in 1.28 as well.
Back to wishlists though:
1. Plans for "tournament format" (at least internally vs AI perhaps)?
2. Cards
Dawnglow Infusion (or Stream of Life)
Earlier you pointed out
"Copy Artifact - no support for copy permanent"
But then I see Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Followed Footsteps, both seeming to be roughly "Copy Creature" and they work fine. Not similar enough to make work?

This is on our request list. But we have no devs who wants to work on it.mecheng wrote:Back to wishlists though:

Dawnglow Infusion is hard as we don't have a way to check what mana was used to pay for a card. Stream of Life is possible. Do submit card script for implementable cards, it helps to put it higher in our priority.
Unfortunately, no. Kiki-Jiki and Followed Footsteps creates tokens based on a card, whereas the clone effect is a static ability that modifies an existing permanent.mecheng wrote:Earlier you pointed out

Noxious Ghoul and Grave Betrayal is implementable. Boneknitter is not implementable as the morph mechanic is not supported.
It would help if you could provide the scripts for the implementable cards, see https://code.google.com/p/magarena/wiki ... ntingCards. You can also look at the script files for the cards in the game at Magarena/scripts folder where you installed Magarena.

From what I can tell, Glory of Warfare has been in the game since the first open source version. The deck RW_Flash_40.dec that is part of the release uses it, you can also create decks with it from the deck editor.jmartus wrote:requesting Glory of Warfare

I would like to request the command cycle of cards: Cryptic Command and its bretheren.
I know cards can have the choose options as there is Umezawa's Jitte, but I don't know if we could add choose 2. I may try and take a crack at it myself at some point.
If choose 2 isn't possible, maybe the charms? Jund Charm etc.

"Choose 2" would be really hard to add at this point as cards played from hand can only have one effect. So I'd start by looking at "Choose 1" first, which requires allowing cards played from hand to have multiple effects that can be selected, this will also enable other effects like cycling etc.

I have to say that I'm really enjoying this game, in both making my own deck and dueling against others, and messing around with randomly generated decks.
Anywho, here's a bunch of red cards I would love to see ingame:
Cinder Pyromancer
Mana Flare
Rock Hydra
Price of Progress
Furnace of Rath
Fireblast
Arc Trail
Also, Candelabra of Tawnos but it's kind of too good in some decks.

Stream of Life will be in the July release. See viewtopic.php?f=82&t=10323&p=124359#p124359 for details.melvin wrote:Dawnglow Infusion is hard as we don't have a way to check what mana was used to pay for a card. Stream of Life is possible.
