Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I've not checked if this was requested, but I got fed up of setting the type/color filter on the card edit screen to pretty much the same thing every time, so I've stored the values of the checkboxes into the general config file.

If anyone wants this feature, let me know and I'll supply the patch file.

Ok, if you do a lot of deck editing this can be useful.
