Update on 26th Nov: 1.20b released
Thanks for all the bug reports on 1.20! 1.20b fixed the following bugs in 1.20
fixed: creatures with scripted abilities were getting the wrong ones due to an engine bug
fixed: Vivid land loses counter even when tapping for the right mana
fixed: description of Searing Touch says it deals 3 damage when it should be only 1 damage
fixed: opening the Keywords/Readme screen would cause keyboard shortcuts to stop working

Update on 25th Nov: Critical bug with card abilities found
A critical bug with the way abilities are implemented as been found. Release 1.20 has been deprecated and we are working on a fix. This bug is caused by the recent change to support additional abilities in the engine that violated an earlier assumption on the maximum number of abilities. Our apologies for the oversight.
Thanks to Aswan jaguar, jeffwadsworth, and Suislide2k1 for reporting the bug.

Original post on 25th Nov:
On this Black Friday, the dev team (beholder, melvin, and wait321) brings you a new release of Magarena. This release fixed a number of errors in the cards, added 154 new cards, and moved card scripts to data folder.
Intrepid users can now add simple cards by writing their own card script, putting the file in the Magarena/scripts folder and restarting the program. Many cards still require writing custom Java code but we hope to make more cards scriptable in the future. Documentation about the card script with be posted shortly.

Documentation on card scripting can be found here.
Very much a work in progress at the moment and very likely to change in the near future. The info is a but rudimentary now ... reading existing scripts is the key.

If debugging is the process of removing bugs, then programming must be the process of putting them in.

I totally missed the Magarena 1.20b fix-update although I check everyday. You mentioned it in an answer in the bug forum but misunderstood it.Please post next time in the recent update forum something like "the updated 1.20b is out see first post" so we are alerted a new post has been mad to the forum. Thanks for your great work guys.
I had fun playing with Magarena 1.18 for the past month where AI doesn't make suicide attacks almost never.
