Are there any updates for Manalink 3.0 besides the last one, from October 2022?
Thanks

Thanks

Currently we are two people working on Manalink.3.0. I am working on adding cards from old sets and some AI improvements and drool66 is trying very hard to insert new stuff for triggers and improve triggers overall. Unfortunately he has faced some big issues that he is trying to solve. As a result of this heavy development changes, a new update is not possible at the moment as what we have now in dev has a lot more issues than the update you have been playing.
When we will eventually release the update a rather big improvement for combat AI will be that the AI will defend a lot better considering what will happen in next turn by humans possible attacking creatures before AI decide with which creatures to attack and so keep blockers to defend.

Hi, may I ask if the current version could correctly support modal double-faced cards (MDFCs)? I cannot seem to play these cards, so I just want to make sure that I didn't mess up the installation. Thank you!

Whish card or cards you tried to play because I checked a couple one worked the other only one side, so probably what you have is a bug.vincento3 wrote:Hi, may I ask if the current version could correctly support modal double-faced cards (MDFCs)? I tested Agadeem, the Undercrypt it can be put on the battlefield but can't be activated to produce mana. The other side Agadeem's Awakening seems to work fine. Akoum Warrior // Akoum Teeth works fine on both sides.

Thank you for the quick reply! Right, I tried to play Agadeem, the Undercrypt and Sea Gate, Reborn for mana. Both could not be played.

Hello, manalink enthusiasts, I would like to inform you about what is the current status of the project or almost that as I don't have access to git for the last 18 months ~. There has been made a lot of work towards having triggers on stack by drool66, but he faced some big issues to overcome and besides that a lot of work would still had to be done to renew all already coded cards with triggers to the new way, so the project is on stall.
. Moreover the game was becoming more and more unstable and buggy at every update with all the new changes imported and extremely difficult for us to maintain.
For these reasons there is a thought of ditching the project all together and try to import all shandalars robust code to Manalink and also work with C++ which would also be more beneficial.
Although I am bit frustrated about this idea as I have done quite a lot of work for a new update that will never be released, I am totally in favour of this idea on how to proceed.
Still this is only an idea and there are some issues to resolve before we begin such a project.
As a result of the above STOP reporting bugs for manalink for NOW so you don't waste your time.
